Configure Currency Token (Step #3)¶
User configures what conditions they would like for each Protocol Action based on their needs for instance, you might link certain actions to specific identity tokens or roles like “Unbox Admin.”
Note:¶
- The user must change conditions for each Protocol Action by either deleting the condition or changing it using the drop down.
- The default template is pre-selected. There is one condition select for each action, “Always Fail’.”

Mint Action¶
The Mint Action controls how new tokens are issued. Set parameters that determine when and how tokens are created. For example, you could require admin approval or trigger minting based on specific events.

For MINT action, the user can select from 5 different conditions (see drop down above)

Transfer Action¶
The Transfer action manages how currency tokens are moved between users or wallets. This action is key to enabling fluid exchanges within your ecosystem, whether for a marketplace, reward points, or community currency.

Update Action¶
The Update action determines whether the attributes of a currency token can be modified after it has been minted. This action is useful for tokens that may need to evolve or change over time, such as updating metadata or adjusting token policies.

Burn Action¶
The Burn action governs how currency tokens can be permanently removed from circulation. This action is important for managing the total supply of tokens, especially for scenarios like token retirement or when tokens are no longer needed.
