How to Create a Distributor¶
In this section, you’ll find a step-by-step guide to setting up a Distributor and configuring its accompanying package, ensuring all aspects of token issuance align with your project’s requirements.
Select Create New Package to begin the process of building your distributor.
Step #1 – Create New Distributor Package¶
Choose your Distributor Type. This will be either On Demand or Pre-Minted. There are three different types of packages based on the type of token for that Distributor. The packages are Attribute, Currency and Asset. Each package has different minting definitions.
Step #2 – Configure New Distributor Packages¶
Next, you’ll configure your new Distributor Package. Begin by deciding whether to include a microenvironment for onboarding users, tailored to enhance their experience within the distribution system.
Refer to the configuration options below to review and select the package type that best fits your distribution needs.
Attribute Package Configuration¶
Within the Attribute Package Configuration, users will complete the identity selection and define the Attribute and Fact Minting Definitions. These definitions establish the parameters for minting Attribute and Fact tokens, detailing the structure and rules governing their creation.
Smart Attribute Minting Definitions:¶
- Set up Attribute Minting Definitions to define unique token attributes.
Currency Package Configuration¶
- Input the Fact Attribute Minting Definitions for factual, verifiable token details.
Currency Package Configuration¶
Within the Currency Package Configuration, users will name the Distributor Currency Package, complete the identity selection, specify the token quantity per distribution, and establish the Currency Minting Definitions. These configurations set the package parameters for identity linkage, distribution amounts, and minting rules for the currency tokens.
Asset Package Configuration¶
Within the Asset Package Configuration, users will name the Distributor Asset Package, complete the identity selection, and establish the Asset Minting Definitions. These configurations set the package parameters for identity linkage, and minting rules for the currency tokens.
Step #3 – Set Credits for Distributor¶
Next, users will specify the number of credits to be allocated to each distributor. This step is essential, as it enables users to align the required token quantities for their specific use case with designated distributors effectively. User will click on ‘Set Credits’ to begin this process.

Step #4 – Mint Distributor Package¶
COMING SOON…¶
NOTE: After a package has been minted, user will set how much credits they want to allocate for their tokens.
Step #5 – Distributor Onboarding QR Code¶
Next, the user will gather the Distributor Onboarding QR Codes, which are crucial for enabling specific users to receive tokens and engage within the project’s ecosystem.

NOTE:¶
- Keep in mind that to distribute a package first users need to mint the package. After user create the distributor package they have to mint the package.
Distributor Transaction History¶
Viewing the Distributor Transaction History allows users to monitor all token distribution activities within their configured packages. This feature provides a detailed log of transactions, including timestamps, recipient details, and transaction statuses, offering transparency and valuable insights into the distribution process.
Users can track performance, identify trends, and ensure that tokens are reaching intended recipients as planned.
