Burn Mint

The Burn action allows you to set the conditions under which an identity token can be permanently destroyed. This is important for managing the lifecycle of identity tokens, especially when tokens need to be retired after a certain period or under specific circumstances.

Update Mint

The Update action defines whether and how the details of an identity token can be modified after issuance. This is essential for tokens that may need to adapt over time, such as roles that change or identities that require periodic updates.

Note:

  • Since the only conditions are ‘Always fail’ and ‘no condition’ there is no further configuration that can be done here (i.e. inputing an argument for ‘source has token’).
  • The user therefore reviews and select Publish Identity.
