Unbox Studio is your all-in-one platform for creating and managing programmable digital assets, known as Smart Tokens. These tokens can represent anything from personal attributes to community currencies, and even physical assets. By using Unbox Studio, you’re not just creating tokens; you’re building a versatile and secure ecosystem where digital and physical assets interact seamlessly.

Token Management:

A Smart Token is a programmable digital (native) asset that can represent;

  • Attributes of an individual or entity (Smart Token Attribute)
  • Community currencies (Currency Token)
  • Physical assets (Asset token)

Smart Tokens allow individuals to embed rules within digitally native assets through Unbox’s Infinity Protocol. Programmability of the Smart Tokens is achieved through the configurability of the Protocols Actions of each Smart Token.

Type of Unbox Tokens

Identity Tokens

  • Identities are unique digital representations of a person, role, or entity. Identities are needed for each user to hold and receive Attribute, Currency and Asset tokens.

Identities are configured within Identities in Unbox Studio. Here, you can create, define, and manage identities.

Attributes & Fact Tokens

  • Attribute Tokens digital tokens used to extend token functions by adding extra information or criteria, such as reputation scores, access levels, or community roles.
  • A Fact Token is not a Smart Token, but can be utilized in conjunction with Smart Tokens to extend their functionality. (Coming Soon.)

  • Fact Tokens do not have protocol actions and conditions that can be configured like Mint, Transfer, Update, Burn, Migrate). Allowing users to create cheaper attribute tokens when (Smart) Attribute tokens are not needed. (Coming Soon.)

  • The Fact Tokens can act as profiles and reference specific qualities for a given token. (Coming Soon.)

Attribute & Fact Tokens are configured in the Attribute Manager within Unbox Studio. Here, you can create, define, and set conditions for these tokens.

Currency Tokens

  • Currency Tokens are fungible tokens that represent a store of value. These tokens can be used as community currencies, reward points, or as mediums of exchange in digital marketplaces.

Currency Tokens are configured within the Currency Manager in Unbox Studio. This is where you create, define, and customize the conditions for minting, and managing your currency tokens, including designing how they are used.

Asset Tokens

  • Asset Tokens represent unique or divisible assets, such as real estate, digital goods, or intellectual property. These tokens can be used to signify ownership, rights, or shares of both physical and digital items.

Asset Tokens are configured in the Asset Manager within Unbox Studio. Here, you can create, define, and manage tokens tied to various assets, set conditions for their transfer or sale, and design their lifecycle within your ecosystem.
